In 1728, Aspall was founded by Clement Chevallier in the parish of Aspall, Suffolk. While all around him were growing cereals, he chose to plant apple trees. Almost 300 years on, we’re still going against the grain, making remarkable cyder & cyder vinegars at the original Aspall Cyder House.

Created to celebrate 275 years of cyder making by 8th generation brothers Barry and Henry Chevallier Guild. Draught is a crisp, medium dry cyder with a delicate aroma and taste of fresh pressed apples. Crafted at the original Cyder House, Suffolk.

In 2016 the Sheppy family celebrated 200 years and six generations of craft cider-making, and this special edition bicentennial blend was created to mark the occasion. With the use of home-grown traditional cider apple varieties, it embodies the family’s stewardship of their farm’s old orchards over the last century, and marks a moment to be celebrated as the family tradition continues into the future.

It is a blend of one year’s harvest of the highest quality bittersweet apples such as Chisel Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Stoke Red and Tremlett’s Bitter. It is fermented and then matured in oak vats to achieve its fine, award winning full bodied flavour.

Sheppy’s Craft Perry is made from 5 distinct Perry pear varieties, including Blakeney Red, Hendre Huffcap and Red Pear. Aged for at least 6 months, it has a light, bright, refreshing taste, with a rich pear aroma, and compliments savoury dishes such as pasta, chicken and fish dishes, or is equally enjoyable as a refreshing drink on its own. We have been making cider since 1658.
Brothers Cider was born in at Glastonbury Festival in 1995 and has been served there ever since.
Over the years, festival goers kept asking us if it was possible to get our drink when the festival was over and so we decided to market it to pubs and supermarkets. Now you can get it all over the country and at other festivals besides Glastonbury.
